Is there a free plan?
Yes. Ogun's Starter plan is free forever and includes 1 active project, up to 5 seats per project, 90 days of message history, 1 GB of storage, and self-service support — no credit card required.
What counts as an internal user?
An internal user is a member of your own team. External stakeholders you invite to a project (clients, partners) don't count toward your per-user price.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you charge per user or per project?
Ogun is priced per internal user per month. Active projects and seats per project are limited by your plan, not billed separately.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro includes 5 active projects, 2 workspace admins, up to 15 seats per project, 1 year of message history, 25 GB of storage, and standard email support. Business raises that to 20 active projects, 5 workspace admins, up to 50 seats per project, unlimited message history, 250 GB of storage, and priority support.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves $1 per user / month on Pro ($7 vs $8) and $2 per user / month on Business ($12 vs $14).
