About Ogun

We built Ogun because project teams deserve better tools.

Not more tools. Better tools. Tools that bring people, conversations, and accountability into the same space — without the enterprise price tag.

Our Mission

Stay aligned on what's next — where the right people, the right conversations, and the right information are always in one place.

Client-service teams are the backbone of the economy. They run marketing campaigns, manage consulting engagements, produce creative work, coordinate events, and deliver services other companies depend on. But the tools built for them were either too simple (just chat), too complex (enterprise work management), or too expensive (both).

Ogun exists to close that gap.

The story

Where it started

Ogun Cloud, Inc. was founded by a team that lived the problem firsthand. We were project leads, account managers, and client-service professionals who spent our days jumping between chat channels, project boards, email threads, and spreadsheet trackers — trying to keep everyone aligned on who was doing what, when, and why.

The breaking point was the same every time: context loss. A conversation about a deliverable happened in one tool. The deadline lived in another. The contact information was in a third. And the client was in an email thread that nobody remembered to check.

We didn't need another project tracker. We didn't need another chat app. We needed a way to keep our team and our clients aligned — the right people, the right conversations, and the right deadlines, connected to each project.

So we built Ogun.

What we believe

Our Principles

01

Start with the project.

Every feature in Ogun starts with one question: does this help a team deliver a project? If the answer is no, it doesn't ship. We're not building a general-purpose platform. We're building the best way for project teams and their clients to stay aligned.

02

Keep it simple enough to actually use.

The best tool is the one your team opens every day. Ogun is designed to be set up in minutes, understood without training, and adopted without a rollout plan. If it takes a two-hour onboarding session to explain your software, you've built the wrong software.

03

Make it affordable.

Teams shouldn't have to stitch together chat apps, project trackers, and email threads. Ogun replaces multiple subscriptions with one — at a price that leaves room in the budget for the things that actually matter.

04

Respect the context.

Conversations belong to projects. Deadlines belong to projects. People belong to projects. Ogun keeps everything connected to the project it's about — so information is never orphaned in a general channel or lost in an email thread.
